Ordering

How long until my order arrives?
The Pet Pouch is released in small batches. Allow up to 6 weeks from the day you order for yours to be packed and shipped. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the batch has not shipped yet we can change the size or cancel it.

Sizing & fit

What sizes do you carry?
S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Full chest and length measurements are in the Size guide on the product page.

Which size should I order?
The sweater is cut loose and oversized on purpose so there is room for your pet in front. If you are between sizes, size down. If you want it extra roomy, size up.

Do you make an XS?
No. S is the smallest size we carry.

The pouch

What size pet fits?
The pouch is built for small pets, small-breed dogs and cats who are happy being carried. Your pet sits in the opening with their head and front paws out the front.

Is it safe for my pet?
Keep a hand under your pet while you are moving and let them out whenever they want out. It is made for short carries around the house and on walks, not for running or driving.

Can I wear it without a pet in it?
Yes. It wears like any hooded sweatshirt when the pouch is empty.

Returns

What is your returns window?
30 days from delivery, unworn, clean and in its original packaging. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

Something arrived damaged.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.
